Remote support via TeamViewer

The Bever Innovations Tech Support team uses TeamViewer to remotly assist client on their devices when experiencing difficulties with the Bever App or iConfig or any other software from Bever Innovations

In case remote assistance is required and approved by Bever Innovations we suggest that installing the TeamViewer Quick Support app is done prior to the remote assistance.

The App can be downloaded from here:
Apple App Store
Google Play Store
or from the TeamViewer website for macOS or Windows.
